EQUITY MEMBERSHIP

Ownership is the primary and recommended membership category. Each membership has an ownership interest in the club and is entitled to one vote. This category of Membership includes unlimited golf, practice facilities and entitlement to all club privileges and activities. The equity buy-in is presently $__________. Dues, minimums and other charges relating to this membership are as indicated on the Fee Schedule. Membership includes privileges for spouse and children under the age of 23. When a membership is sold, there is a transfer fee paid to the Club of $12,500 or 40% of the total selling price (whichever is greater). This fee is to be paid by the selling member.

CORPORATE ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

The corporation or business designates a minimum of 2 employees to use the membership. The buy-in is presently $__________. A corporation may add additional employees to their membership at $5,000 per employee. The maximum number of designees pertaining to one Corporate Associate Membership is 4. If the corporation wishes to change the designee, there is a $4,000 transfer fee. Dues, minimums and other charges relating to this membership are as indicated on the Fee Schedule. All such charges are to be billed directly to and paid directly by the individual designee, not the company, although the company must agree to serve as guarantor in the event that a Corporate Associate member defaults on a debt owed to the Club.

Current Junior Executives who resign from the Club will receive 50% of all Initiation fees paid in, prior to January 1, 2007. Any Initiation fees paid in by a current or future Junior Executive member after December 31, 2006 will not be refunded upon resignation. All Preview Initiation fees paid can be applied to the purchase of a membership.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

Member and spouse may use the clubhouse for dining, meetings and special events such as weddings and business meetings. Social Members may also attend club social events and join in groups for bridge or other fun activities. Social Members do not have golf privileges or equity interest in the club. Entry fees, dues, and minimums are as indicated on the Fee Schedule.

CORPORATE SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

The corporation holds this membership and the corporation may designate up to three employees authorized to charge on the account. Each designee may hold business meetings or seminars by simply reserving a room due to availability. Entry fees, dues, and minimums are as indicated on the Fee Schedule under Social Membership. Corporate Social Members are not entitled to voting privileges.

ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY MEMBERSHIP

In appreciation for their service to our country, the San Diego Country Club has created a new Military Membership category, only for Active Duty Military Personnel. There is no initiation fee for this non-equity category of membership. Military Members pay a total of $500 per month dues and fees (approximately half of regular total fees) after going through the regular membership application process. Active duty members have regular club privileges including unlimited golf, use of the driving range and other facilities, and the ability to bring family members and guests for golf (regular guest fees apply to guests). The Military Member has the ability to play in all club tournaments and the Military Member and his/her immediate family members can use the dining facilities and participate in club functions. The monthly dues stop when Military Members are transferred to a new assignment out of the area or are deployed overseas. Upon return to San Diego, they can re-activate their membership. The Military Membership ends when an active duty Military Member retires or leaves active duty status. At that time, the member has the option of converting to a regular Equity Membership.

This is a full golf membership for PGA, LPGA and Web.Com Tour players with current touring cards. There is no initiation fee for this non-equity category of membership. The player pays a total of $300 per month in dues. There are no mandatory fees for this membership and no Food and Beverage minimums to meet each quarter. Each player must go through the regular membership application process. Touring members have regular club privileges including unlimited golf, use of the driving range and other facilities, and the ability to bring family members and guests for golf (regular guest fees apply to guests).
